Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Shipr, and does not oblige us to provide services.

Any pricing shown on this website, including in the pricing calculator, is indicative only. It is based on the information you provide and is subject to confirmation. Final pricing is set out in a written proposal or service agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry, including where the enquiry falls outside our current service capacity or minimum order volume.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named.

3. Communications

By submitting an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you at the email address and telephone number you provide, in connection with that enquiry.

Shipr LLC operates two text messaging programs. Customers and prospects who opt in may receive transactional messages relating to their enquiry, including quote information, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, shipment and delivery updates, and responses to support requests. Those who separately opt in to marketing may also receive company news, service offers, and fulfillment guidance. Each program requires its own consent, given by checking a separate box on our booking form, and each may be opted out of independently.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Shipr LLC. Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18.

If you have given consent to receive text messages, the terms in this section apply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 4. Services

Any freight forwarding, customs, storage, or fulfillment services provided by Shipr are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Shipr. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, and where this website and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement prevails.

Statements on this website regarding shipping times, order accuracy, delivery windows, and pricing are provided for general information and are not warranties.
